2026 Fall Sports Photo Instructions

• Schenck - Wednesday, September 16th
• Stearns Photos - Wednesday, September 23rd (HS Field Hockey, HS Football, JH Football and Thursday, September 24th (JH Field Hockey)
• Medway - TBD
• Little Giants - TBD
• Millinocket Youth Field Hockey - TBD

Please fill out the envelope and have your athlete bring it with them on photo day. If you have any questions, please contact me by phone, text, or e-mail. All players and coaches need to have their photos taken as team photos will be a composite.

All photos will be added to the galleries in the appropriate sports section of my website. To get there, put my web address (http://pbmike.com/galleries) into your browser. There will be a gallery for the current sports season, and then individual galleries for each athlete. Prices on the website are the same.

E-Mail and phone numbers on the form will only be used in case I have any questions. All orders will be delivered to the coaches within two weeks after all team members have been photographed.

For reference, the prices are listed below:

Wallet      $4/set of 4         Memory Mate*    $12/each

5x7         $6/each             Metal Ornament  $15/each
8x10        $10/each            Metal Keychain  $8/each

*Memory Mate is an 8x10 that has both the team and individual photos.

Prices include 5.5% Maine Sales Tax

Payments accepted: Cash, checks, or credit/debit/prepaid cards. Make checks payable to “Photography by Mike”. For credit/debit card payments, please indicate your preference on the order form and I will send you an invoice that you can pay online. Any questions, please call or e-mail.
